Destiny Entertainment, LLC (DE) is a consulting firm specializing in artist management, artist development, marketing, and training/seminars. Based in New Orleans, DE was founded in 2004 by CEO Stephanie R Burns with one major purpose to help artists and clients reach their destiny - especially through education.  

Our Mission - Knowing that every situation is unique, Destiny Entertainment seeks to understand the needs of our artists and clients and will work to find the right solution, tools and support that will help them obtain new levels while striving for their ultimate destiny.

About our CEO - Stephanie R Burns has always had a passion for music, marketing, and training. Stephanie, a native of Vicksburg, Mississippi, is a graduate of University of Southern MS with a B.S. degree in Computer Science and a graduate of A. B. Freeman School of Business - Tulane University with a MBA in Marketing.  Stephanie is the author of Vision Planner - College edition, and the creator of The Business of My Arts series. Stephanie serves as the business chairwoman for Herzing College in Kenner, LA where she challenges her students to make the impossible possible.  Stephanie worked as a Marketing Consultant for 4 years before starting DE.  She managed Soulful Jazz artist Monica Dillon (www.monicadillon.com) for over five years and is a member of the National Association of Black Female Executives in Music and Entertainment (NABFEME). In addition to teaching in the classroom, Stephanie teaches many workshops and seminars.
